I've updated my advice on running in the heat, based on the available science and my experiences at Badwater and the Keys 100, as well as training in the North Carolina summer. CoolSculpting is cold to reduce body fat, which sounds like nonsense, but the approach is well supported by the research. CoolSculpting triggers natural cell death in fat cells over a period of months following the treatment. I've also found you can get a similar effect at home for free, which is better than the $1,500-$4,000 it costs at a doctor. I've updated my review of CoolSculpting with the latest research, including initial suggestions that massage after treatment enhances the results.
